By accessing the website, placing an order, or using DANATIC products or services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood and agreed to these applicable terms, except for any consumer rights that cannot be excluded under applicable law.

DANATIC makes reasonable efforts to keep product information accurate and up to date.

As part of ongoing research, improvement and product development, images, colors, technical specifications or certain product details may change without affecting the product's core functionality.

Customers are responsible for:

• Reading and understanding the user instructions;
• Using the product only for its intended purpose and in accordance with the instructions;
• Following all applicable safety warnings and instructions;
• Storing and maintaining the product properly;
• Not disassembling, repairing or structurally modifying the product without authorization.

The DANATIC name, logo, images, videos, designs, website content, product materials and other intellectual property are owned by, or lawfully used by, DANATIC/LDT Solutions or the respective rights holder.

Customers may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, reuse or commercially exploit such materials without prior written permission, except where permitted by applicable law.

DANATIC shall not be liable for delays or failure to perform its obligations caused by events beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, epidemics, war, strikes, infrastructure failures, changes in government policies, logistics disruptions or similar events.

DANATIC seeks to resolve complaints and disputes through good-faith discussion, cooperation and respect for the lawful interests of all parties.

If a dispute cannot be resolved through negotiation, it shall be handled in accordance with the laws of Vietnam and by the competent authority.

DANATIC may update, revise or supplement these terms to reflect changes in its business activities, products, services or applicable regulations.

The updated version will be published on the website and will take effect from the time of publication, unless otherwise required by law or agreed separately with the customer.
