Warranty Policy

The standard warranty periods for DANATIC D1 are as follows:

The warranty period begins from the delivery date or the purchase date confirmed in DANATIC's system, invoice or applicable purchase documentation, depending on the mechanism published by DANATIC at the time of sale.

DANATIC provides warranty coverage for technical defects caused by manufacturing defects or defective components within the applicable warranty scope.

Depending on the specific case, covered components may include:

• Motor;
• Ball launching system;
• Control system;
• Circuit boards and electronic components;
• Left-right oscillation mechanism of D1 PRO;
• Elevation adjustment mechanism;
• Other technical components within the applicable warranty scope.

Warranty coverage does not apply, or may be refused, where a defect or damage results from:

• Drops, impacts or abnormal physical force;
• Water exposure or use in unsuitable conditions;
• Fire or electrical damage caused by incompatible power sources or batteries;
• Unauthorized disassembly, repair or structural modification;
• Use contrary to the product instructions;
• Use of incompatible accessories or components;
• Damage caused by improper storage or maintenance;
• Normal wear and tear of consumable parts;
• Damage caused by balls, foreign objects or unsuitable materials;
• Other causes not attributable to a manufacturing defect.

DANATIC D1 is designed to use a removable battery. The battery is not included as a standard part of the product unless DANATIC states otherwise at the time of sale.

Customers must use a compatible battery in accordance with DANATIC's instructions.

DANATIC is not responsible for damage caused by:

• Incompatible batteries;
• Defective batteries;
• Modified or repaired batteries;
• Incorrect voltage or technical specifications.

If DANATIC provides a battery as part of a particular sales program or product package, the applicable battery warranty terms will be stated separately.

DANATIC may provide remote troubleshooting and guidance before requesting that the product be sent to a designated warranty center or service location.

Depending on the actual condition of the product, DANATIC may apply one or more of the following solutions:

• Remote troubleshooting;
• Repair;
• Replacement of components;
• Product replacement;
• Or another appropriate technical solution.

DANATIC will prioritize a suitable, safe and time-efficient technical solution for the customer.

For defects confirmed to be covered by warranty, DANATIC may support warranty-related shipping costs in accordance with the policy applicable at the time of service.

Where the issue is outside the warranty scope, DANATIC will inform the customer of the product condition and estimated costs before proceeding with the service.

DANATIC aims to:

• Respond to warranty requests within 24 business hours;
• Complete standard processing within 3–7 business days after receiving the product, depending on the nature of the issue and parts availability.

Where replacement parts or specialized technical work are required, the processing time may be longer. DANATIC will inform the customer of any material delay in the expected service time.
